Returns/Exchanges:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return the
Item(s) within 14 days of receiving it for Exchange or Credit ONLY. "There are No Refunds".
We cannot accept anything that has been worn, washed, or altered in any way. Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear.
Shipping Policy:
All orders are sent dispatch immediately after the order is placed. We cannot cancel orders after they are placed. B.E.A.U.T.Y items are custom made. "Normal processing/shipping time is 7-14 days business days."
Return Shipping:
The customer is responsible for the costs of return shipping. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged Items:
Please contact Customer Service about a damaged item before making a return. Any defective merchandise must be reported within 3 days of delivery.
Final Sale Items
No returns will be accepted for the following: cosmetics, one-piece swim, swim bottoms/sets, hats, intimate bottoms/sets, shapewear, tights/socks, self-adhesive products, and all clearance items. If a Final sale item is returned, no refund will be processed, and the customer will be responsible for any shipping fees that go into recovering the merchandise.
