- How long does shipping take?
Our shipping policy is standard 7-14 business days for processing and shipment. However, most customers receive items before time frame. Once your order is shipped you will receive a shipment confirmation with tracking info.
- Are there other colors available?
Colors and styles changed based on seasons and availability. Everything that is currently in stock is listed on the website.
- I ordered the wrong size, can I exchange?
Yes! B.E.A.U.T.Y will be happy to exchange your item(s), just exchange within 7 days after your order is received. There are no refunds. Please email info@wearmybeauty.com to initiate an exchange request. Shipping fees must be paid for the reshipment of your new item.
- I'm missing an item in my order?
Orders are shipped from different fulfillment centers. Hoodies, hats, and shirts may ship separately. If you placed an order with pre-ordered items you may receive the items that are in stock before the item that was pre-ordered. Please contact us if you have any additional questions or believe we did not complete your order.
- Can I cancel my order?
Once orders are placed they cannot be cancelled.
- Do "B.E.A.U.T.Y" t-shirts/hoodies run big or small?
The fitted shirts run small "on the fitted t-shirts we recommend ordering 1-2 sizes up." The hoodies and sweatshirts are unisex which means they run larger. Note: Please check the description of each shirt or hoodie to see fit and sizing.
- Is there a discount for large orders?
Yes, please email us at, info@wearmybeauty.com with your bulk order information.
- My order says delivered but can't find it?!
Orders are shipped via USPS. "B.E.A.U.T.Y" is not responsible for orders lost, mishandled or misplaced by USPS. Please contact USPS directly to file a claim.
